- Restocking Fee: Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be applied to the refunded amount. This fee helps cover the cost of processing returns and ensuring product quality for future customers.
- Non-Refundable Software and Tech Support Sales: All sales of software and tech support services are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to carefully evaluate these purchases before completing your order.
- Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number: Prior to returning any item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
